Subject: Camera Error.
Camera is now fully online and is proving very popular, If you get the message FAILED TO CONECT TO SERVER. Then curently there is already the maximum number of people vieing the camera (10). So please try back later.
If the picture on the webcam capture page has not been taken within the last 2 minutes then the camera has crashed and needs reseting, i will do this as soon as i know its down - Email Me if you notice its down.
You must install the Required Software the first time you load camera ( Allow ActiveX Controls)
Internet Explorer 5.x or higher running on a computer with Windows 98, ME, 2000 or XP is the only web-browser which will properly support the MPEG-4 plug-in required for viewing the video from a DCS-2000 or DCS-2100+.
All other browsers (including handheld computer browsers and Internet Explorer for Mac) will not be able to view the video
If you are having trouble conection please make sure you have Java software installed on your computer.
Remember only 10 people are able to conect at a time so it could be that the camera is just busy.
